Tea 101

Select a high quality black tea. Carlisle Tea’s large range includes single origin, blended, and uniquely flavoured teas from the top growing regions around the world.

1. Use one heaped teaspoon of dry leaves for every cup/person, depending on your taste.
2. Black tea is best brewed with water that has just gone off the boil. Water that has been re-boiled will adversely affect the taste.
3. Pour the water into your tea making vessel and stir.
4. Allow the tea to brew for 3 - 4 minutes.
